Service Description
A full Saturday daytime sessions covering all aspects of antenatal education.
Staying well and healthy in pregnancy, what to expect during labour and birth, what to expect in the immediate postnatal period, realistic feeding and postnatal recovery expectations.
A small group of up to 8 expectant people at a similar stage of their pregnancy, and their chosen to share experiences and information with.
Suitable from 30-32 weeks of pregnancy.
