Service Description
A relaxing, non-invaisive 50 minute energy treatmet during which you remain fully clothed on a treatment couch. There's no pressure, massage or manipulation involved in a treatment.
Reiki is used in hospitals and other settings as it may promote deep relaxation, stress reduction and improved sleep.
Reiki is not a substitute to medical consultation, medication or counselling but can be used alongside all those things to potentially improve health and wellbeing.
